On May 28, 2025, the Louis Braille Inclusive Bilingual Nursery and Primary School (EMPBILB), a result of the commitment of the Club of Rehabilitated Blind Youth of Cameroon (CJARC), celebrated the end of the school year with a vibrant and emotional ceremony.
Through a rich and diverse program—traditional songs, cultural dances, skits, reading of the school newspaper, and an exhibition of handicraft products made by the students—the event highlighted the skills and talents of the children in a fully inclusive environment.
Led by Ms. Juliette NGONO, Director of EMPBILB, and in the presence of Dr. Coco Bertin, Director General of CJARC, Mr. Martin Luther Adibita, co-founder of the organization, the general management, and some international partners, the ceremony was an opportunity to highlight significant progress in inclusive education in Cameroon. In their speeches, the Director of EMPBILB and the DG of CJARC praised the collective efforts while lamenting the failure of some parents to pay school fees, an issue that could compromise the quality of educational support.
This celebration confirmed EMPBILB as a model of inclusive education and a tangible catalyst for social transformation.
Long live the holidays for the students of EMPBILB, long live CJARC!! See you in the 2025-2026 school year!!!!
