CJARC has a team dedicated to helping blind and partially-sighted people. It works with both children and adults.

This team provides personalized psychological, administrative and medico-social support. It supports each beneficiary according to his or her needs, with kindness and professionalism.

It also identifies blind people living on the bangs of society in remote areas and neighborhoods. Once identified, these people are welcomed at CJARC.

They then receive the tools they need to reintegrate into society. These may include advice, moral support, care or educational and vocational guidance. Thanks to this comprehensive support, they regain their confidence and their place in society.
